Trigger Responses can Linger ##ShiftingBillions

Triggers can come from a variety of places. There can even be triggers that you may have never dealt with. You cannot always prepare for what you are not aware of is your Trigger. In this episode TDRAKE will share some her triggers that ununexpectedly came up in conversation. Coping mechanisms can be could to use at that moment to mitigate the emotional turmoil you may feeling. Sometimes there are coping mechanisms that were could for a certain time period. In your present state those particular coping mechanisms are no longer appropriate to utilize.
