Well, a huge percentage of workers in Angeles City do come from the Southern Philippines, so it's common for Mongers and AC visitors to learn these words.  The most interesting part of the episode is bringing awareness to silly foreigners who come back home and can't detach themselves from the quick good times and memories they left back in the Philippines, this includes the bargirl they were with every night for the last month.
