With the exercise of the option, Trilogy is receiving an influx of cash and is now fully funded through any construction decisions. Trilogy Metals is a copper-dominant, poly-metallic developer of world-class projects in Alaska’s Ambler mining district.Elaine Sanders is Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Trilogy Metals and has more than 20 years of experience in audit, finance, and accounting with public and private companies. She has been involved with numerous financings and acquisitions, and has listed companies on both the TSX and AMEX. Elaine is responsible for all aspects of financial services, financial reporting, and corporate governance.
