Trinity is an entrepreneur and writer who built a career on challenging long-held beliefs about wellness. In 2017, she founded Golde, a lifestyle brand focused on making the category more approachable with better-for-you products that fit seamlessly into everyday rituals. The mission resonated, making her not only the youngest Black woman to launch a line at Sephora, but an industry-wide thought-leader. Now, with her debut cookbook Eating at Home, she approaches cooking with the same unique ethos. By offering recipes that evade extremes in favor of intentionality, she encourages a more expansive view of “nourishment” — one that reframes “good” cooking as a practice shaped as much by process as by outcome.
