It’s been so helpful to me in my journey towards accepting the place that I’m at with my mental health, and everything I’ve gone through to get to where I am. Mental Health isn’t something that’s discussed anywhere near enough, and if one person can listen to my song, relate, and know that someone else is going through that experience with them, then I’ve done my job.
