People want to be with people. ???? I flew to Minneapolis early AM the day before a speaking event so I could spend informal time with a client whom I don’t get to see in person often. It was awesome—personally and professionally very productive.   As I drove downtown Minneapolis to my next destination, I stopped at a crosswalk where two groups of people (must have been conference attendees) were reuniting. I could feel their joy — hugs, laughter, “I haven’t seen you in three years!” and “Show me all the pictures of your kids!” The excitement was palpable. ✨ Relationships spark in informal, intimate, spontaneous moments. That spark is almost impossible to replace. ???? I understand the value of flexibility. I appreciate that sometimes travel is tough. And yes, we can connect on video — but it’s harder to create those chance encounters that deepen trust and build relationships. There’s just nothing like being together in person. When was the last time you felt that spark of connection face-to-face? About Trish: To give love is a choice.
