I forgot my book at home for my travel week.  My in-flight ritual has become familiar:  work on my laptop until it’s time to close it up, then read my book for the last few minutes of the flight. This time, I looked out the window and saw the city lights and snow as Minneapolis came into view.  My brain just sort of paused. I let it rest and simply be present to landing. It was peaceful.  That quiet space used to be where some of my best thinking happened. This trip reminded me that presence is a choice, and one we can always make again. Where in your life might you choose to look out the window instead of filling the space? About Trish: To give love is a choice.
