⏰ Our calendar can control us—or we can control our calendar. I had an introductory video meeting with someone I’d been really looking forward to… but I booked another meeting right after. No space to reflect, no time to reset.  I missed out on being fully present for the entirety of both conversations. I was really disappointed. I know better than that.  I explore with teams the choice to give all our love, the verb and create enduring success—this is an example. To be present in each moment, with each person, requires a choice to build in margin.
