TRON (1982) 🫥 "A world inside the computer"

This week on New Release … power users Ashley and Drew go deep inside the game grid … searching for Derrick … who knows? TRON, starring Jeff Bridges, has to be one of the most visually groundbreaking and revolutionary experiences ever captured on screen. For real? For real. We discuss how these trippy computer effects hold up today and how it all stacks up against CGI in modern films. It’s a trip back in time that somehow still feels extra futuristic … and if that ain’t the point of this podcast, then I don’t know what is.
