Troopers hope raises will alleviate staffing problems at Wyoming Highway Patrol

The Wyoming Highway Patrol has been experiencing extreme strain in the past several years, stemming from limited staffing, expansive patrol areas and low wages. Wyoming Highway Patrol Association President Lt.
