A tropical wave could develop into a tropical depression or a tropical storm by this weekend. The National Hurricane Center says there is a 60% chance these thunderstorms could develop into a tropical cyclone by this weekend. The storm could develop near the Greater Antilles, Bahamas, and Florida before turning north.
