Troy is the Founder, Managing Director and CEO of PSG Holdings. Troy’s Indigenous heritage is from the Wiradjuri people. He also has Torres Strait Islander heritage from his Grandfather’s family who originated from the Western Islands of the Torres Strait. Troy is a former professional rugby league footballer who played for Eastern Suburbs and South Sydney. After his career was ended by injury, Troy followed in the footsteps of his father and joined the NSW Fire Brigade where he served for 20 years and was involved in representing the service at Indigenous careers expos.

Having grown up in the La Perouse area in Sydney, around family members who were involved in the construction industry, Troy developed a passion for building, which led to the creation of PSG Holdings and creating opportunities for Indigenous people across a variety of industries as well as putting him in a position to support a number of community groups in his local area. The growth of the business has seen Troy become a majority owner of not only PSG Holdings, but also Evolve FM, a facilities management company owned in joint venture with Jones Lang LaSalle, where Troy has increased his understanding of the property markets and, in addition, obtained his Real Estate Licence.

Troy fosters a commitment to the strategic growth of Indigenous people and the enterprises they represent; this creates significant value for our customers and enables sustainable social returns for our community and country. As the leader of an established Indigenous owned enterprise, Troy focuses not only on exceptional delivery, but also on delivering employment and social returns for Indigenous communities. Working closely with clients, in combination with recent strengthening of Indigenous policies in procurement, Troy and his team strive to deliver economic growth for Indigenous communities, whilst still delivering significant outcomes for our clients.

Short History of France: From Caesar's Invasion to the Battle of Waterloo, A by Agnes Mary Frances Robinson (1857 - 1944) LibriVox After the Roman conquest, the Celtic Gauls adopted Roman culture and speech. The Germanic invasions ultimately transformed France into a Catholic feudal society. In this short history, Mary Duclaux traces the emergence of towns, the rise of the French monarchy, the calamitous Hundred Years' War and the Wars of Religion. We meet Joan of Arc, Charles VII, the gallant Henry IV, and the Sun King, Louis XIV, who drove France to the brink of bankruptcy. In the second half of the book Duclaux gives us the French Revolution and the Age of Napoleon: Louis XVI, sunk in "plump and smiling apathy," Marie Antoinette, who pleaded with France's enemies for rescue, the Paris mob who hated her, Danton, Saint-Just, Robespierre, and the Terror, and finally a sombre young Corsican officer with no small talk, the military and administrative genius, Napoleon Bonaparte.
