Trucker Murders, Part 2
from Twisted Listers Hosted by Twisted Listers
After a week away, we’re back with an iconic true crime topic: serial killer truckers. It’s no secret that the trucking occupation lends itself to murdering and making a quick escape on the highway, so these itinerant drivers make up a good chunk of the gnarliest serial killers around. Featuring a brutal killer who stalked the Pacific Northwest, a German trucker who likes hair a little too much, and a dorky killer who enjoys leather vests and Twilight. So buckle up and hit the road with us, twisted listeners, and keep an eye out for those long haul trucks - you never know what horrifying secrets are kept in their cabs! Cases Covered: 1. Volker Eckert 2. Keith Hunter Jesperson (The Happy Face Killer) Check out our website! www.twistedlisterspod.com Join us on Patreon: www.patreon.com/twistedlisters Follow us on Instagram: @twistedlisterspcast Tiktok: @twistedlisters Outro Music by Lady X/Y Sources: https://www.cnn.com/2023/10/07/us/suzanne-kjellenberg-happy-face-killer-victim-identified-cec/index.html https://abc7.com/happy-face-serial-killer-victims-identified-riverside-county-da-keith-hunter-jesperson/14298508/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volker_Eckert https://www.theguardian.com/world/2008/jun/07/crime
