True Crime: James Bulger
from grim. Hosted by Grim Podcast
On February 12th, 1993, two ten year old boys, Robert Thompson and Jon Venables, lured James Bulger away from his mother in an arcade in the New Strand Shopping Centre in Bootle, Liverpool. They then led James about 2 and a half miles across the city to Walton, where they brought him to this stretch of train tracks that was rarely used. They then used bricks and sticks that they found nearby to beat him up and basically torture him until they finally killed him. James was not even three years old when he died. This story is incredibly heartbreaking, and really makes you realize that there are some things that you never expect to happen. We hope you all can learn from what happened to James and hopefully we can stop something like this from ever happening again. Stay safe out there.
