True Equality and the Role of Women in Islam - Ijtema Lajna UK 2025 – Episode 18

This episode focuses on the address delivered by Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad (aba) at the Lajna UK Ijtema 2025. In this address, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad (aba), Head of the Worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, reminded Lajna members of the unique blessing of their auxiliary organisation and the profound role Ahmadi women play in shaping families and societies. He emphasised that Islam granted women true rights and freedoms over 1400 years ago, long before modern movements, and urged them to uphold righteousness, truth, patience, humility, modesty, and financial sacrifice. Highlighting the transformative influence of mothers on future generations, he called on Lajna to embody and instill Islamic values, remain steadfast in trials, and place faith above worldly pursuits. Through sacrifice, prayer, and moral training, he said, Ahmadi women can ignite a spiritual revolution that will safeguard their homes, strengthen the Jama’at, and guide the world towards peace and righteousness.
