Are we talking about the event? We've got coming up? We're not excited news to we have I don't know I was wondering if you had some other exciting news that I didn't know about I guess today we kind of do we've got a nephew that's getting married in Hawaii. So O'Dar and we got to go to Hawaii later That's exciting, but we do have an upcoming event.
It is at the clubhouse on South Temple in Salt Lake City It's gonna be Friday February 21st at 8 30 p.m. to midnight and this is a new venue We haven't investigated this venue before but it was it's the old ladies literary club building It was built in 19 the ladies literary club hasn't been around for a number of years and now they do special events and receptions and Photography and recordings stuff like that there. It's a really neat venue You can get tickets out on advanced paranormal calm under the upcoming events. You can also get them through event, right?
But yeah go out and it's gonna be a really neat club a really neat I've I haven't been there, but I've looked through their webpage at the clubhouse and It's a beautiful building. They've got a lot of different areas to investigate. There's an auditorium area. There's kitchen areas There's entry rooms this building.
It's really cool. It's got like a drawing room and different areas What were you gonna say Raven? And it's enormous It's it looks really big. So it's gonna be it's gonna be a great event So that's Friday February 21st up in Salt Lake and we're really excited about getting an event up in Salt Lake and an indoor event up in Salt Lake Is the 21st a Thursday?
Leave it's Friday We're sure it's a Friday. Oh, it's Friday. I was sitting here looking at my list of Arabic homework to do and it's like Wednesday February 20th So I guess my teachers got it wrong because Monday is the 17th. So hey, they had me freaked out there because it's like are we selling tickets for nights?
We don't have no I was kind of in there too. Okay, we're good everything's good We have got some tickets up for sale, but we have sold quite a few of them. So we're really excited We're limiting it to a total of 40 so grab your tickets. So as far as regular everyone's been taking their laps at it really bad. Okay, so as far as being regular I know we've talked about a movie meetup and that has not yet happened and so my apologies I graduate school in April and literally just told the team before we started podcasting I'm like podcast guys. You have not known me. No one on this team has known me since before school I said you're gonna notice a whole different way when you're gonna get all your stuff on time.
I'm thinking it happened I'm afraid. I am afraid of what's going to happen I know these such a shot. We are afraid. Very afraid I like the way I like things done the way I like them when I have time to get them liked Things happen, but no, it'll all be good We're this is an awesome team if you've never been to one of our investigations You got to come out because I've never had so much fun with a group of people before in my life But I won't be wishy-washy so that will be fantastic We have just a lot of really cool things that we just haven't pulled the trigger on because everyone's got a life oddly enough But I will have less of a life in April We'll get some stuff done, but I did start and almost have finished our spring newsletter, so those are the other patreons.

I see an eagle fishing and he hung up on me And keep in mind he was at work. So He pulled over the car and took a picture of an eagle fishing So when he called me back 20 minutes later, like did you get the picture? He says yes, he did so I'm interested to see the picture interrupted the phone call So true haunting first televised exorcism. Have any of you guys heard of this before?
I haven't heard of it. I did just like my research on it I was really excited when I found out there was actually televised exorcism. So Yeah, we'll talk about the actual televised to hear in just a second So I haven't heard about it before either. So first of all, what is an exorcism?
If you're listening to this podcast, you probably know But you might be new to supernaturally might be new to go so we're gonna talk about it An exorcism is when you are have problems with the spirit, maybe it's a possession And I think usually it's a possession or if there's just an actually spirit in your home You can have someone come over and exercise it You know literally a process to get out of your home And when it comes to exorcisms, I think most people in the paranormal world would consider an exorcism in order to have it done properly instead of a clergy And we could argue all night not argue, but we could discuss all night You know at what point does clergy work? But I think in general in the paranormal world they consider it true exorcism if it's done by the Catholic Church And I'm not saying that the religions can't but that's I think that's typical but we'll get you taken away I as we all know I'm not typical So I have I have a very different belief when it comes to that And it's the same kind of thing when I talk about house calls is realistically an exorcism works as long as the person That is possessed or that is inhabiting the place that is possessed or infested however you want to call a building some people don't like to say the building is possessed But the person or the people that reside there have to believe in whatever faith it is So if they don't have a faith, you just have to give them something to believe in Whether that be Catholicism because it has the most media they were both the most secret and the least secret about Possession cases that they have handled There's obviously a lot of churches that do have methods for performing exorcisms But they keep them very very under wraps even the catholic church as a flat has really baden down the hatches Into performing official exorcisms by the church there are priests members of the clergy that will come through and perform them But they're not always officially assigned off by the catholic church Yeah, and they I know that the catholic church is pretty What's the word I want picking on what they will do you can't just call them and say hey, I need an exorcism and they drop everything on run You have to pretty much prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that you've got issues to shadow of their doubt. I should say Yeah, so it don't just don't feel like if you were if you were one of your loved ones is in a position where they need exorcism I don't know why I just felt like we had to talk about like the mess with the leoma thing We don't think that you have to be catholic to get help Don't think that you have to reach out to somebody within your faith if you don't have a faith reach out to somebody you trust And build some rapport with them and you can get help Right and I'm gonna have to agree with you I'm a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints And I feel that our clergy could do just as good of an exorcism and anybody of any religion There's and there's just a whole spectrum and like whiskey said it's highly based on faith so But typically if you talk to just your run-of-the-mill paranormal person, they're gonna say oh, we'll be done by catholic clergy Um You know, there's a lot of debate about exorcisms. There are snippets of them.
We've talked about a lot of them in the future We will put about a lot more of them. You know, there's a lot of debate. Actually possession is a mental illness We've done podcasts on that But we're not here to talk about the hoaxes and the is it real and is an actual exorcism is just someone coming in And some of these exorcisms can be pretty nasty if you're dealing with a really really nasty spirit You're gonna want someone that knows what they're doing. You're not gonna want to call the neighbors Hey, come over here and exercise this demon out of me You're gonna want someone that knows what they're doing.
So you want to be careful of that as well So that's where calling some clergy regardless of the religion if it's a clergy that you believe in I would definitely call clergy or some paranormal investigators that know their stuff I do have a quick question Because I haven't really heard the latter day saints having exorcisms. Is there any well-known ones or is it just really not as known Especially having some of your background with that So And keep in mind this isn't official church doctrine. This is the LDS church As I understand it. So let's just put that out there It's interesting because when I read the demonologist for the first time I literally said this is like learning my religion backwards and the LDS church They don't say don't do this to keep demons away You know, don't do this.
It'll keep the demons away. They focus more on the positive They focus more on do this because it brings in the right feeling in your nah sin And this is these are some good things you should focus on to keep everything bright and light and happy They'll say things like you should have pictures of the temples or prophets or family to bring a good feeling into your home What they don't say is don't hang out pictures of Satan because it'll bring the demons in because they just like to focus on the positive side so Members of the church we believe that there is the power of the priesthood And that that power of the priesthood is given by god and therefore That power can cast out demons and usually when that happens They don't talk about it is something that is going to be dealt with between the individual and their priesthood leaders Moon and chat. I don't want to call you out, but did I miss anything that I misrepresent that in any way? I would also add when you were saying things to have pictures of Jesus good too Oh, yeah, I was just I know you're just throwing a few out I didn't want people to think that if they're not familiar with the church that Jesus isn't that he's the keystone of it Yeah, so Sorry I was reading up on some stuff today and it did I was reading about Catholic Exercisms and the type of things that use and and I was reading more because I'm like I'm gonna know more than just what the Catholics do So I was sprawled a little bit and I did look what the LDS people use and they use like consecrated oil They cast out in the name of Jesus and things like that So a lot of religions use different materials or symbols gestures to say exercise the evil spirits I was just gonna say that I had the unfortunate nor depending on how excited you are about actually some fortunate experience about encountering a situation when I was a member of the Latter-day Saint church where somebody was possessed and there is unwritten doctrine a lot of it follows Pretty standard procedure as far as what you would expect like blessings and consecrated oil and all that There is no documentation that they do to document in exorcisms So they will perform one but they will not document that somebody was possessed if that makes any sense So it's kind of like being on both sides of the fence However in historical records just going back through the church there are actual Documentate document exorcisms including by Joseph Smith himself, so it does go away back There's just except for those few records where somebody's telling a story about it There's no official church record like there's in the Catholic church where they actually sign off On doing an exorcism Um, so that's pretty interesting and just one thing just to heart back on talking to people and reaching up their clergy The safe space if anybody's trying to charge you money for that I know we say it all the time, but just to double down on it and they're probably not trying to I hope you out they're trying to make money so Just second get question them a little more get a second opinion if somebody is saying I will perform an exorcism in your house for $5,000 Because I'll do it for $4,000 Give us a second opinion, save $1,000 Now you know and going away from not even the person that performs the exorcism but the person getting it Kind of needs to want it.
It's kind of like an alcoholic You can't force an alcoholic to quit drinking and yes, you could say to me We'll rave and some beyond that and that's true Sometimes they might be on even knowing what's going on but That's going to be a very very rare thing and when people get into those early stages of possession And they're still in control mostly They're going to want it because if they don't want it if they're comfortable with having that you need to get them to the point that They say yeah, we want it gone and it's going to be hard and there's going to be some work going on with that But you can't just see someone walking down the street going to their possessed time and perform an exorcism on them Okay, both of them So we we we were at didn't use as we do sometimes and we did see some lady look at him laughing We did see some lady that just didn't look right anyways Daddy, I think that lady was possessed. I'm not gonna lie. Did you perform a genius exorcism on her throw some hash brown dandars? I made it crucifix out of pieces of bacon I had some holy sprite and uh, you know plenty of salt around luckily.
That's a very good part But what it was not consecrated though Yeah, so I've heard of all sorts of people doing an exorcism and if you think about it It depends on how you define an exorcism as well because as a team we have gone in and cleansed and Done affirmations with people and taught people how to take charge of their home and to tell spirits that are there to leave Could that be an exorcism as well? At what level is it or is it not? And I think when people think exorcism when you say exorcism, I think people are thinking levitating and And vomiting piece soup as their heads and circles and stuff like that and doesn't necessarily always have to be that exciting I can say where just for me personally where it starts to go from cleansing to exorcism Is when we actively speak to or engage with telling something to leave directly and engaging the homeowners to do that as well because a lot of house calls Will do the sage will burn something just like really depends on the scenario on the location and to me that's cleansing But where it starts to feel more like exorcism to me is when we're like verbalizing the like hey We're casting you out of this place Because that's really what is the definition of an exorcist is somebody who has the power to drive out So just feel like when we cleanse it's like we're setting up the guardrails we're increasing confidence and then when we're actually Cushing something out it feels more like an exorcism, but I'm not professional. What do you think Chad?
Yeah, and I'm thinking exorcism is more with the person itself casting something out of a person or there where I think like the cleansing I've been to you know, we've done a lot of cleansing where the homeowner We instruct them to tell the spirit to leave and not come back and be you know there and I wouldn't call that an exorcism It's a cleansing but I think more of the exorcism would be when the entity is attached or in the person and you're trying to get it out of the person That's just my take between the two of what I'd call it cleansing because I we do have the homeowners Tell the entities get out and don't come back and have them literally cast them out Of their homes because they're the ones that have the power to do that. That's their space. Yeah, Raven. What do you think?
I was just gonna say I agree In my opinion when you go in and there's just some spirits that are hanging out and we say to him out That's a cleansing but everyone's gonna classify it differently to me exorcism is a little more hardcore where it's starting to Invest in a person or me just really put a lot of focus on one person Just one of us I was just thinking of my grandma's house. I know this is crazy But this is an exclusive story for everybody and involves exorcism and the casting out of things But one day I just decided while we were doing an investigation and somebody was in the essence method to start reciting the actual catholic exorcism prayers in Latin I think you had left and it got okay pretty crazy. So yeah It is interesting I like I agree 100% of you guys like that the thought in my head mostly due to like media and how it's portrayed is like an exorcism And to me it's like that's a host for this demon removing it from anywhere is like an exorcism But it is interesting because I do have different like feelings when we're with homeowners I think partially because we come in very unafraid of whatever was bothering them so In the scenarios where I've been around a person who has been truly possessed They are incredibly frightening your body gets a fear response even if you don't know anything about it Like the lady at Denny's Chad and I were just driving this is yours go driving just somewhere And just to stop like and to the car that was next to us kind of pulled ahead of us And the driver was a woman she turned and looked at me and then look on her face was so Evil it wasn't just an onry woman. It wasn't it there was something about the eyes that just said Something is possessing her and for whatever reason They don't like me.
I don't know if they knew that we were ghost hunters because this was when wisps was up and going I don't know if it's a spirit we dealt with before I don't know but it wasn't just oh there's an angry woman glaring at me because You know with blocketer side or something All right, so I think we've covered up just basic what is an exorcism and who can more or less now there was A movie and I'm sure everyone's thinking of this came out a long time ago in the 70s, but it is called the exorcist Good. Yeah That was made in 1973 and it was based on a book from 1949 So so this is basically fiction, right? Like I'm sure there are some elements that can mirror some of the exorcisms that happen But definitely Reagan is looking a lot like something from The Walking Dead Which I've not seen any evidence of people looking that messed up turning her head 80 degrees I have heard some crazy stories though of like the zach biggens pals that he bought and stuff It's crawling up the walls and different things like that But yeah, a lot there's tons of movies out there Constantine and with kennel reaves did will have Oh my gosh did whiskey have something to say First of all Constantine is one of my favorite movies. I yeah, well hold on movie Go watch it.
There's gonna be like a constant to come out I was just gonna say when he said he hadn't seen anybody I was gonna remind you of the Zach Bingency And where they showed pictures of that girl in her stages of possession as she got worse and worse She might have not spun her head 180 degrees But she was getting to Walking Dead status no offense to her rp But it yeah, it was rough to see those images and then they had us crawl through the space That they were playing the sounds of her exorcism tapes where they had like channel the energy it was a whole whole thing Anyways, sorry side track everybody. No when we were there Chad and I were there the They didn't have the tunnel to crawl through but there were the pictures and if you haven't seen these pictures It's like looking at the progression pictures of someone who's addicted to meth Yeah minus the bleacher She was super emaciated looking it was just sad she looked skeletal just definitely something wasn't right She stopped eating so there are other movies this one looks interesting and funny So that's like right at my alley There's one called this is the end that has Daryl from the office which I love and Seth Rogen and Jonah Hill So that kind of looks like a satire scary show so that one has I think an homage of the exorcist to it So I might watch that there's all the conjuring movies I'm sure you guys know about so there's tons of stuff out there Or if you want to watch more of a fictional aspect of an exorcism here you go I watched so I've seen the exorcist a few times But it's super scary if you're watching yourself my mom actually won't watch it So maybe we'll sneak her into watching it at some point just to get her She's scared of the exorcist and Richard Ramirez to bury different fears But we had the summer or like movie classics at the theater I worked out and we played that one on our biggest screen and I was like I'm gonna go watch it with all these people Let me tell you this lady I'm just in my peripheral one girl behind me stood up at one point during the exorcism scenes And she was wearing all white and I thought out of the corner my eye She was levitating and I almost had a heart attack because I was like oh my god This lady is floating out of her chair behind me. I don't want to look and then she just stood there for a minute I think she was just interested in what was happening on the screen But I was shook I that that that movie definitely has a solid place in pop culture I've been seeing it at the wax museum. It was it's frightening and seeing some of the pictures That we have seen and just some of the cases it doesn't seem like it's that far-fetched Constantine a little bit far out there But the exorcist does seem fairly within the realm of things that are documented at least which I think makes it more frightening in a way But I also go ahead.
Okay. Oh, I was gonna say we did a podcast Oh, it's been a couple of years ago on Annalise Michelle And it was really interesting you can go out and look at some of the pictures of her But were you talked about going to that walking dead you can see the progression of her If you look up some other things on the internet and there's some youtubes about it But she went from a young teenage 1920 year old kind of girl But just in the matter of a few months was emaciated and again almost looked like a meth addict kind of thing from all the terror That she had gone through and that's one that we did was quite an interesting podcast You might want to go back and check into that one We should do one on the lady who was like credit with kind of the first spirit box thing because she has a similar progression Of just it that's also in the Zechbaiton's time museum Um, childhood and they're really nice to us and they want to go back. Um, so good things that you can look up at the internet though The live clip of an exorcism was on NBC Crazy, I know right? Now you probably are thinking you're having to be unfamiliar with it Probably imagining something like the exorcist.
I can actually say after watching it and you can look it up It's a little hard to hear just because of the older sounds but I'm wearing headphones just a heads up Um, but it isn't really that far from what we do When we go to people's house calls they had to priests there they did communion. We obviously don't do that unless you pay extra I'm just kidding But the priest outfits cost a lot to rent. I'm sorry But they did that part but they also sat down one of them claimed to be a medium and channeled the spirit at one point in this Event again, it's not something that we necessarily can do but we do have people on our team that are sensitive and will Say what happens? We don't often open them up at somebody's house to say hey See if you can let the spirit in your body here because we're there to help you makes great tv But yeah, you can watch the whole thing.
It's really informative and it was just a house They just see this couple moved into the house They had activity in the house And so they came to perform an exorcism of the house and one thing that I thought was really cool in the end Because it's something that I say a lot and it's just like they were talking about they put salt everywhere around the corners of the house They also did some like investigating into the house's history So if they really were coming off like paranormal investigator priests, which was cool But the part about the salt they just said is it's symbolism right a lot of people get really caught up on like how does it work? And we've said a lot of times like it's what you believe in right like we're helping you build confidence right so the salt Symbolizes pure substance that is shielding you from negative energy coming in Does it scientifically do that? Maybe not that we can prove yet But I thought it was really cool just even the news back then of like Not going too far off the deep end being open to the medium side of everything a little bit of spiritual a little bit of realism and the At the end of the news report they said that the people that reported a positive outcome or last three days was a quiet home Which would probably be really boring and that's one thing when it comes to our investigations of like when it gets quiet You're gonna hear sounds because your house makes sounds so don't think that nothing worked just except that like maybe your dishwasher has a weird sound I don't know But you guys can look up it's on youtube It's like a hundred I was in views right now, and I know a pair of number witness also has an episode on you can check out Raven, what do you think? So I did and I have a question for you So all the other exorcisms that I have seen have been pretty violent But if you watch that one and I realize it's probably not the entire exorcism But everything seemed tame and the things that they were complaining about when I say complaining That's that sounds kind of negative the things that they were reporting and reporting in their homes Didn't sound like anything that we haven't seen they were talking about a mixture that would come unplug Then it would fly off the counter and keys that would get bent and I heard a woman crying So as I was reading this and I don't really have my opinions not like I'm in a It's not a fight. I'm going to throw down on but to me it almost sounded more like a cleansing rather than an ex Because it just it seemed very tame Yeah, I think that's I think that's it like the definition of an exorcism also works in supporting kicking something out of a house Right and so I think that's why I kind of what we were all talking about of like what they did I mean they did kind of cast out a little bit, but they also communicated with it and like Let it take over them in a way by doing a little medium work, which was very interesting to see a priest to do Um, it makes me wonder how official this was but yeah And that's it like that there was something in the house They were able to communicate with it and they told it to leave and I think That's the difference that allows it technically to be called an exorcism even though it doesn't align with the common perception Of you know what people believe to be an exorcist and just removing it from some of these bodies So it is a heavy word a great simile to this or metaphor is like There's no scientific definition for what a mountain or a hill is right? It's whatever you make of it We all have an agreement on kind of what mountains look like and that they're bigger But the world's smallest mountain is way shorter than the world's tallest hill So same with exorcism, right? You can exercise something crazy out of somebody or you can exercise a house that has rickety floors The scariest part definitely was like a lady crying downstairs.
I agree Bellamap what do you think about it? Well because when you were mentioning like oh because I haven't gotten to see it yet, so I need to look it up But when you were saying oh the things that they're seeing are like keys bending or you hear crying or things I'm plugging and throwing that sounds very much like what someone say. Oh my house is there something in my house Can you come get it? So it's very much house cleansing sounding more so so what is the extreme difference between what we're doing and what they Had to do becomes fifth of type three or something like what just it takes us different I just think it's a matter of terminology whether it's a cleansing or an exorcism Because you could actually say it's a cleansing of the body if you wanted to go that way I think they're interchangeable But I think in our vernacular for advanced paranormal probably the cleansing would be more of removing an entity from a house where An exorcism would be more of providing a blessing and removing the entity from the person But that's just my take on it.
So we can be called exorcists now Hey, no because then we have to exercise and I'm not on board all right I try to exercise every day I did have a little fun fact about exorcisms They declined in the united states by the 18th century, but they increased like 50 percent in the early 1960s through 1970s Because the media was even the more attention That's interesting and the other interesting thing too is when they aired this exorcism It was before amadeville horror and the exorcist came out. So it's not like it was hype Oh, these movies came out. Let's do this and the homeowners Actually, they're not the ones that went to media. They finally they were having so much issues They called in some paranormal people and the paranormal people were the people that went to the news and said hey You gotta come check this out, which I thought was interesting We won't do that to you.
All right, whenever you call us it's a secret between you and us If something crazy happens we'll probably ask if we can set up some cameras and go from that But we're not gonna rat you out to the news. Yeah, do you want to be in the news? You got colleagues So if you're interested in more of this the actual clip is only like six minutes long I don't know if they filmed more and this didn't get it on I don't know But if you're interested there is a book and the book is called true exorcism It was published in 2011 and it is made up mostly of diary entries that the gentleman made in the years 1970 to 1971 So grab that book and give it a read if you want to get more info Okay, I don't even what are you doing whiskey? Christy has one or even has one it's just motion sensors on the left and right We got that whole thing and we have a plethora of other motion sensors.
We have your music box We have our thermal guns which aren't really motion sensors But you know the concept is something will stand in front of them and change the temperature A lot of that stuff is out there. I started coding. I have some little LCD screens I have some actual like distance sensors So I started coding a device that When you turn it on it'll show you the distance of the object whatever you pointed at so whether it be a wall or you can put it in a doorway And then it'll show you like that's a space line and if something crosses the threshold It'll tell you where that crossed so it'll say like six feet and maybe you're pointing it 10 feet away from the wall So we'll be able to actually tell where it activated from did it activate from right in front of it 000 0.1 inches Did it activate from six feet seven feet 10 feet away? Was it something near the wall?
I think that will get pretty interesting pretty quickly. I see moon looking aside Mindy doesn't say about it no, I'm just excited like you It'll be some time for me to design enclosure I'm still working on the enclosure for some of our custom Rempods that will put out I had to fix my 3d printer and life's crazy So fixing my 3d printer even though it only took me 10 minutes to do what I finally got time to do it Took me about a week and I have to actually get to that point So I printed other stand to just the other day another three lights stand just for practice But I'm really excited for it because it I was just I kept thinking like when we put something in the doorway We never know if it's like touching right up against it if it's further away But if we just have something that we can set out and like version one It's just gonna be one direction and it'll just give us a couple lights of like when it activates And then we'll have like last activation distance and just go from there But yeah, I'm excited for it I would love to see if spirits or whatever is triggering it happen to be right up on the device Like when we say come stand in front of this device are they three feet away? Are they six feet away and from that point we can start using like our thermal guns to go check like let me walk six feet away Right? I've had to take measure in my kid this whole time.
We're gonna use you can walk that far away You can see if you pick up a k2 hit right at that position, right? So I think that'll be pretty cool. I think it'll kind of give us just a more another Space for science basically of like we've identified exactly where this triggered at. Let's go look We do that without this measurement right when we see a trigger of something we go out and we try to get a k2 hit But if you don't know how far it was that's a pretty broad spectrum Especially with a lot of like infrared sensors who kind of have a big wide angle This will be very narrow kind of tripwire approach So anyways, that's the next thing that's coming up in the whiskey barrel So stay tuned for that probably not at the next and definitely not the next investigation I don't want to tease you guys but soon I'm gonna say it'd be really cool I can't wait to experience it imagine if the XLS or the SLS saw a stick figure right where it's saying like that Which is a huge form of evidence right there.

I've never lived in a home that I Contracted out to be built for me. I never got a house. I have all right So this is actually so I think about the houses that you have moved in that's been previously owned Have you ever found anything left by the previous owners? Yes It was up in the attic in the garage and it was about 25 or 30 feet and there were a couple of boxes and I didn't go over Mine, they're probably still there.
You should have gone and looked I In this house that I'm in right now a lot of rats and stuff Outside and some other things in the shed very questionable things But in my garage actually this is I don't know if I told you guys this or shown you this because it's kind of hidden by things There's a little mirror drawn on the wall with some Korean writing next to it that Incinuates an exorcism happened in this house. It's part Ritual to exercise something so Yeah, this is the garage we bought this house right so they moved out. I was like I'll throw it away But my daughter did she moved into an apartment we got a bomb in her closet house And what was the house number?
Oh her house number 666. I'm like you live in the devil's house And you've got stuff to smoke the devil's lettuce. So now when she comes over Mike you need a tween key. She's like ah She's a little hungry So there is a man and he lived on the east end of Long Island and his house was actually built in 1653 It's a lot of time to leave lots of stuff and he lived he's lived there about 30 years and he decided to restore the kitchen And he had to fix the ceiling over the back door and so he's up there You're gonna round he reached out and he pulled out a gentleman shoe And he knew exactly what it was he said the area was settled by the English obviously and it was of the time period It just looks like the time period It's looked old enough to be the time period and the style but back in the day There was a belief that if you put a shoe over the door It would keep witches and evil spirits out of the house And so he just kind of tucked that to the cover because it's kind of cool It's really old and it's kind of a cool show it has a lot of history And then fast forward a couple years last year He had a new roof installed on the house the cedar roof It was getting worn and the contractor knocked on his door and handed him a pair of women's shoes And they were of the same era maybe belonged to the wife of the man They were the same era the same kind of the same and he kept one to add with the man's shoe to reunite them And then he told the contractor he says put this one back where you found it Just so the house can be protected for another 300 years So if you want to keep your house protected from the stuff just throw some shoes up there That's why they have those shoes all over the power lines.
That makes sense of protecting their neighborhoods from the witches Exactly. I knew it. I grew up in a really safe neighborhood And every once in a while I see two lines on it So that little tidbit was brought to us by the Jewish Performing Arts and Cultural Events Center Otherwise no pace or the Jewish So investigations we do have one coming up my son moved into a new apartment and he swears he hears doors opening on shutty And I said you sure and he said no he said it's definitely within his apartment So we are just trying to find he's not worried about it doesn't feel creepy, but he is interested what's there He does not have any days off like for a week and a half So we're just waiting for him to have a day off That being said we did do an investigation recently which we have talked about and we had an interesting follow-up Which I have not happened before and a lot of it's very personal And so I don't want to go to many details about it But it brought up some interesting points that I wanted to throw out and have everybody discuss the homeowner called me out of the loop and When homeowner first talked to me they sounded normal and I was expecting them to say I am hearing some noises or even every man I just normal stuff will it quickly escalated into where I felt the need to call 911 And so I did and they got there I heard the paramedics come in they got her taken to where she could get some help for whatever condition that she was going through and It's interesting because when we were there investigating she was telling us something and as they were manifesting over this phone call It really struck home for me wanting to make sure that you tell people Regardless of what you think is going on in the home obviously listen to them because if they're feeling hearing something Hearing something experiencing something regardless where it's coming from they feel afraid and so our job when we're asked to come over Is to help alleviate those fears and this client did have things in her home But it's also very important to remind them that it's not always paranormal, but they need to keep up on their medications and or seek help whether it be medical help or psychiatric help Because not everything is always paranormal and so it's just important to keep that in mind and make sure You if you're listening if you're under doctors care or if you need to see a doctor and see if you need to be under their care if you need psychiatric help get that and if you're under that care standard that care and It's paranormal call us and we'll come over and help But there's just a reminder that there's a wide variety that this thing is going to be coming from and it just keep looking Until we find the source and then care of the source regardless what it is I think it's a pretty shocking personal experience right anytime anybody calls you and asks to call 9-1 for them And when you're not there you feel pretty helpless about as helpless as they probably feel So it's a super super personal and scary experience for sure I don't know what the outcome is there. I hope they're okay, you know I mean we should probably go check on them and make sure if they need anything it definitely Push their evidence review up on my list of up on the backlog It's number one and I got lots of evidence to review Because like just in case there's something hidden in there I know we heard voices multiple people on the team heard voices in a specific area Which is very uncommon and if we're not perfect if we miss something that happened to put more pressure on her What ever we left even though she reported that it was doing good everything was fine But if something was still there adding enough stress that caused a medical emergency I definitely would like to quantify it and see what we can do to be able to help further But hopefully they have a speedy recovery and I wish them the best All right moon if you got a muntail for us.
I do So the February full moon starts tonight and will last until tomorrow This is this full moon is called the snow moon February is typically the snowyest month of the year in the United States Speaking of today is the first day that snow seems to be sticking at my house for the entire winter season Which is pretty crazy. We've had some minimal snow in the valleys. We definitely had some of the mountains So that got me thinking can ghostly footprints in the snow Are you guys ever thought about that? No, I want you to tell me right now So this isn't snow sorry, but we were at an investigation and this has been a couple years ago I'm trying to think of who it was with me I almost want to say it was Christie, but I might be wrong but we were walking around a Venue and we were it was either Before the venues before the investigation started or after I think it was afterwards and we'd walked around behind the building and obviously outside there's a couple big trees overhead and there were some sticks that have fallen on the ground it's dark because it's midnight one o'clock in the morning and We heard and saw a stick move and it didn't just move like it was a wind or like it was a squirrel but it moved like someone stood on it and you could see Like a footprint press into the it was kind of towards follows you could see a footprint press into the grass just slightly Was that at the mausoleum? Yes, and I don't think it was good. Yeah, I think it was we called our allika her name's Alisa I think it was an allika. I call her allika This is just coming in actually think it might have been her but you could just see kind of the foot step down And then it didn't stay like a footprint like in the sand you step in the stairs or forever the mud But you could see the footprint and then it went away So I would think if it could do that in grass, you could probably do that in snow I would say arguably with the amount of evidence available There's just as much evidence of the Yeti as there is a ghost So who's to say that the Yeti isn't a ghost and that is one of the most found pieces of evidence or said cryptid So I think it's possible.
I've with a Princeton snow. Yeah, the Yeti for instance Yeah, Sasquatch in the mud and that might be what defines them is just where they leave their footprints But I don't think it's a possible back back in my head day when I started ghost hunting We throw some like talcum powder out and just see what happens and even one investigation Christie proposed that we put the smoke machine out To see if anything was able to like mess with the low-lying fog So what do you think moon? No, it's intriguing me and so I Googled it of course and it's like What I was reading was like no, but I'm like, I don't know How would they know that it wasn't a ghost if there was a human that walk by but like yeah, maybe they'll just think it's human and not a ghost I don't know So so tonight might be a great night to look with the full moon shiny Because tonight is a full moon the light on the snow that we just barely got been waiting all year for When the paranormal might be have the best opportunity to collect the most energy from the moon so Just maybe keep an eye on your stone so Today I'm gonna share a little personal story We all know how kids can be me in a school, right? Well, my kid was having a rough day when a friend got really angry with him and yelled at him It really affected him negatively as he says yelling triggers him and he kind of spirals and such shuts down Which he also has ADHD and things can really get amplified for him.

And he seems a lot like a different kid like he he's less reclusive.

Yes, I knew like oh it's a full moon out today and I have a new phone Okay, I got the same thing galaxy 25 Ultra and I don't know if you've seen like because I had the 22 before and it took amazing pictures Of the okay can show you in a second on here like how amazing these pictures are but I was thinking one person You like conspiracy about the moon in particular besides all the wondering and being fake But so some people think the moon is a hologram or has a hologram in front of it And they said the evidence is that there's a lunar wave and apparent phenomenon caught in camera by multiple people And you can see videos with on the internet and it shows like a ripple or a wave that spreads across the moon as you look at it And I looked at the video it looks like back in the day when you saw like a VCR tape and then it would like play But be kind of weird and I had that line that just like traveled up I don't know the scan line. Yeah, there you go What's your fancy tech words the various counter claims put forward it's insist that any seeming waves may explain by science in nature Or just faulty technology, but there's some two things with that I don't know now is a full moon I was a great time to go stare at the moon for a while and see you can see a wave across it But this is a picture that I took with my phone It's hard to see it there but the details but you know if it wasn't so blurry you can actually see there's like the legit Details every little part of it. Yes. Yes, I'm gonna throw this out there I love my eyes to be a Samsung person long story.
I'm not an iPhone person I will not change probably ever that means said even though I love my iPhone Samsung cameras are Phenomenally better than iPhone camera in my opinion.
