Can you believe the efforts and energy it takes for a man or a woman to get up out of their beds and homes everyday to fight for something, anything? Some of us can't even get to the classrooms, the meeting, the gym, the job on time and yet a 78 year old man has shown a tremendous effort to fight a war with a team of course who also had to make the same kind of an effort to be successful.  If you sat on the sofa and did nothing to affect the change that you wanted and just allowed the chips to fall where the did it's something that you man need to really think about.
