He was a close advisor to his brother, President John F. Kennedy (JFK). RFK was assassinated while running for president in 1968. Third-Party Candidate: A third-party candidate is someone who runs for president but is not from one of the two main political parties (Democratic or Republican). Example Sentence: In the 2024 election, some voters supported a third-party candidate instead of choosing between the main parties. Never Trumper: A "Never Trumper" is a person, usually a Republican, who is strongly against Donald Trump and refuses to support him. Example Sentence: Even though they are Republicans, some people call themselves Never Trumpers because they don’t agree with Trump’s views.
