Trump Jr. Develops Spotty Memory on the Witness Stand in NY Fraud Trial 11/02/23

Donald Trump Jr. will be back on the witness stand today testifying in the NY civil fraud trial against several Trumps and the Trump Organization. Junior spent an hour and a half on the stand yesterday. He said he was never involved in the preparation of his father’s financial statements – even after he became trustee for Donald Trump’s revocable trust. When presented with a statement the judge already ruled fraudulent, Trump, Jr. claimed he had nothing to do with it and said, “The accountants worked on it, that’s what we pay them for.” He also said he doesn’t really remember ever working on the document with anyone. Former federal prosecutor David Katz will be in today to discuss it all.
