Trump Loses Gag Order Challenge in NY Appeals Court So His Gag Order Remains

It seems there's hardly a court case Donald Trump can't lose. The highest appeals court in New York has rejected Trump's attempt to get the existing gag order in his New York criminal case lifted. The appeals court rejected Trump's arguments and left the gag order in place while Trump's case is pending sentencing.
