The DC circuit court of appeals ruled that Donald Trump must stop constructing his vanity ballroom on the White House grounds, ruling that his conduct was unconstitutional. They ruled that way because only Congress can spend money to construct a government building. And it wasn't only the court of appeals that ruled against Trump - the court of appeals was affirming the trial court judge's ruling that Donald Trump's conduct is unconstitutional and it must stop.But now, another one of Trump's former criminal defense attorneys - Solicitor General John Sauer - is asking the Supreme Court to allow Donald Trump's unconstitutional conduct to continue.
