Glenn says that's undoubtedly a good and necessary step - but what does it say about the fairness of our criminal justice system and the equal application of our laws that NO judge has seen fit to impose a gag order on Trump to stop him from endangering the witnesses who will testify against him at his many criminal trials? 2. Donald Trump endangers our national security in ways that can still shock and outrage us. ABC news broke the story that Trump divulged nuclear submarine capabilities to a foreign national while palling around at Mar-a-Lago. Glenn asks - will the criminal justice system ever step up, deploy the law as it is intended to be deployed, and detain Trump pending trial? Or will he continue to be allowed to endanger our national security with total impunity?3. Trump lawyers have filed a blizzard of motions in his criminal cases trying to get those cases dismissed. Glenn explains the reasons why those motions will be denied. 4. Things are progressing nicely in Trump's Georgia state RICO case, with one co-conspirator having already flipped and lots of plea offers being extended to other potential flippers. According to Glenn - this is bad news for Trump.5. Finally, Trump sat in for a few days of his civil business fraud trial in New York. He even threatened to testify in that case.
