Trump Rewards Russia as They Target American Troops for Iran

The President stood aboard Air Force One hours after watching flag-draped caskets carrying American service members return to Dover Air Force Base, and called the war "a minor excursion." He read off military statistics like a scorecard, accepted death as inevitable, and never once mentioned protecting American lives or bringing troops home safely.When asked about the bombing of a girls' elementary school in southern Iran that killed 175 people, Trump blamed Iran. But The Washington Post, The New York Times, CBC, NPR, the Associated Press, and Human Rights Watch all point to evidence that it was an American airstrike. Al Jazeera found a strike pattern that strongly indicates the school was hit by a direct, separate strike.On the same day, reporting confirmed that Russia has been providing Iran with targeting intelligence to strike American forces, including the locations of U.S. warships and aircraft.
