Trump SMACKED by SECOND Judge in CHICAGO over Troops

Citing to the Founding Founders who renounced the use of state militia by a president to crush dissent, a second Illinois Federal Judge, this time, Judge Perry, has blocked Trump's use of any national guard on the streets of Chicago and Illinois, finding in granting the emergency restraining order that Trump's witnesses cannot be trusted, that Trump violated the Posse Comitatus Act, the statute allowing him to federalize state militia, and the 10th Amendment protecting state's rights.
