Trump Threatens DC Takeover

As today show begins we're expecting President Trump to address the critically important issue of crime here in the nation's capital as he threatens a federal takeover of Washington, DC. Federal agents have already fanned out across the city. And a source tells CNN that as many as 130 FBI agents could soon patrol side by side with local law enforcement.
