A courtroom surprise for Donald Trump! He thought he and his legal team would get to strike out as many jurors as they wanted in his criminal hush money trial. When he found out he could only remove 10 people from jury consideration, he went off! In his rant, Trump said he deserves unlimited strikes because he's been given the second worst venue in the country. Today, jury selection continues with another 96 people headed to the courthouse for jury duty. Former Federal Prosecutor David Katz will be in to discuss the proceedings and why being charged with 34 counts of falsifying business records doesn't warrant a defendant having unlimited jury strikes, no matter how much they think they deserve it. House Speaker Mike Johnson is in a bit of a pickle. He needs help from Democrats but the optics of getting that help could make him look weak within the Republican party.
