from The Tara Show

On the June 30, 2026 broadcast of The Tara Show, the hosts detailed Donald Trump's immediate response to the Supreme Court's decision allowing states to legally accept mail-in ballots after Election Day. Expressing deep frustration with the ruling—and casting blame on Justice Amy Coney Barrett for backing it—Trump renewed his aggressive push for federal election reforms. He urged the immediate passage of the SAVE Act, a piece of legislation requiring strict photo ID and proof of citizenship, while banning mail-in ballots for anyone who isn't ill, disabled, militarily deployed, or traveling. The show emphasized that without a secure chain of custody, lax mail-in voting rules remain a massive vulnerability that could reshape American elections for decades to come.

00:00 The high court ruled that states can legally accept mail ballots after election day, prompting President Trump to renew his push for election reforms, posting in part, quote, it is more important than ever to pass the State of America Act, which requires all voters to show photo ID, proof of citizenship, and no mail-in ballots except for illness, disability, military deployment, or travel. 00:26 Yeah. So Supreme court rules, hey, as long as it's postmarked by election day, no big thing. I love Babylon B's headline on this. Cause Amy Coney Barrett, um a weak minded woman makes me embarrassed to be a woman. Um, ruled that it's okay to be late. Now Trump was not happy. And this is why I told you the time. 00:53 She was not a good selection for him. He shouldn't have put her on the Supreme Court, but now we got to deal with what we got to deal with. And Trump wasn't happy. because of the mail-in ballot ruling, which was a little bit surprising, gives people more time to vote illegally, let's say. But the SAVE Act is even more important. And that's the right. You have to be a citizen of our country. OK, you have to show you're a citizen of our country called citizenship. 01:23 Voter ID by photo, photo voter ID, and no mail in ballots unless you're in the military, disabled, you're ill or you're away. Yeah. See, and he's right there. When you combine it with no voter ID, it's a disaster. Like in a state like South Carolina where you gotta have voter ID, probably not the end of the world. But when you've got a state like California, okay, where they refuse to turn over their voter rolls, 01:49 to the federal government where it's estimated they have anywhere between 800,000 and 1.3 million people on those roles who have either moved, died, or are not real people or are duplicate votes. And likely millions more who are illegals. I mean, we know there's millions who are illegals. We just don't know how many we can't get the internal roles. Well, what does that mean? Well, when you mass mail them ballots, everybody who's on the rolls gets a ballot. 02:19 They stack up. There's one state legislator in California said, listen, I get seven ballots at my house, only two people live here. And who are the others? They just used to live here years ago. Well, what happens? Because there's no chain of custody of any kind in California, he could just fill them all out and send them in. Nobody knows who voted. It's designed that way. It doesn't come in with your name on it, it's just a ballot. In other words, when it's mailed to you, your name is on the envelope, right? But the ballot doesn't have it. 02:47 You put it in another envelope and you send it back. Nobody has any clue who sent it. There is no chain of custody. when you put that to, because folks, yes, why do we care about California if they cheat? They're gonna turn their state into a hell hole by electing communists. True. But the problem is we have Republican districts, congressional districts that come out of there. And it gets worse every year. They'll steal those seats. They are stealing those seats. 03:16 Look what just happened to Spencer Pratt. And so because the Democrats, because corruption and fraud is now an acceptable moral part of their culture, if it helps them win because they believe the ultimate morality is for the party to be in charge, that's the ultimate morality in Cuba and China and communist Russia, that is the ultimate morality and anything that furthers it is okay morally. That has infected the Democrat party, particularly in last five years. So if 03:45 You allow them to take those ballots with no chain of custody to that, you know, to the mail and all their people are inside those mail rooms. You know they are. Democrat unions still control the pollster service. What do you do? Oh, look here. We're going to need, yeah, we're going to need 20,000 more ballots to get Nithya Raman over the... 04:10 You know, over the hump so ...
