Trump Versus The Cities

The Washington Post reports that the Pentagon plans to send thousands of National Guard troops to Chicago next month, supposedly to address crime. Both Mayor Brandon Johnson and Governor J.B. Pritzker have rejected this operation as unnecessary. Additionally, Trump targeted Maryland's black governor, Wes Moore, threatening a similar crackdown in Baltimore.
