Trump who is Commander in Chief of the federalized California National Guard, and not the feckless and pandering Governor Gavin Newsom.This ruling overturns an insane temporary restraining order issued last week by the unelected, black-robed, tyrannical inferior federal district trial court Judge Charles Breyer.
