Trump's comments on California's water system anger House Democrats

President Trump’s visit to the Southern California fire zone and some of his moves since then are sparking anger among California’s Congressional Democrats. The president is wading into California water policy, and he’s also illegally fired more than a dozen federal watchdogs.
