When you plan the 2024 first big campaign rally in the city Waco, TX, close to the 30th anniversary of the Branch Davidian catastrophic end, it is by no means a coincidence. The symbolism of Trump decrying that the true enemy of America is not China nor Russia, but rather top leaders--President Biden, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi--is setting the stage for yet another repeat of scare tactics. Trump blowing a dog whistle to encourage an outbreak of violence is reminiscent of the language which led to Jan. 6. In earlier texts, Trump stated the 'deep state' is 'coming after me, they're coming after you'. If that wasn't enough, Trump declared that if indicated, 'potential death and destruction may result if charged.
