Trust Part Two

Welcome to Behold, a series for Catholic women who are longing to live a life worthy of the call they have received (Ephesians 4:1). My name is Kristy Horsch, and I am a Catholic wife, mom, and life coach who is trying to do this very thing, and I want to share with you some of the tools I have found that have changed my life without changing a single circumstance. In Episode 6, we are continuing our discussion on trust. Trusting yourself is key to increasing our capacity to to observe our thoughts and our brain at work without judgement. When we get to a place where we can observe our thoughts without judgement, we can begin to more readily change those thoughts to ones that will serve us and get us the results we long for.
