trust the knowing

Trust in the knowledge that your thoughts/ideas/visions are not your creations, but are messages from other souls in the universe, ready for your response. If negative energy, non-reaction is the response; if positive, go on and have an energetic chat. You'll intuitively know, thanks to using your discernment, that when you do trust the energies as they're projected, you'll re-balance, knowing that most of this is not happening within the souls physically surrounding you, so be kind and calm.
