2018 has started off rocky for me and to top it all off it's been so cold in Cleveland. Every time I think I am moving forward something happens to push me back a few steps. I've been reminding myself to just trust the process, even when I feel like nothing that I am doing is working, know that everything will work out for my good.

I hope you're encouraged by today's episode and you understand that this journey to being free is a process and it takes courage and consistency to show up each day even when you feel like throwing in the towel.
