Trusting God Completely

Say HiStep 1: Do not depend on Yourself. Dependence on self will limit us because we are limited in everything – our strength, our wisdom, our finances, our lives. But God is limitless. Romans 11:33 tells us that God’s wisdom and knowledge are unsearchable and His judgment and paths are beyond tracing out. Step 2: Call Unto God Always. Many times we have not because we ask not. The Psalmist says in 55:17, “Evening, morning and noon I cry out in distress and He hears my voice.” God promised to give us when we ask from Him.Step 3: Put God First in Your Life. Verses 9-10 tell us to honor God with our wealth, with the first fruits of all our crops. The promise He gave is that our barns will be filled to overflowing and our vats will brim over with new wine.Step 4: Trust God because He Loves You. His love compels us to have confidence in Him. Know that though our earthly father and mother may forget and reject us, the Lord will not abandon us but He will receive us (Psalm 27:10).By the help of the Holy Spirit we can do these things if we can just surrender to His leading.
