Here is something we need to ask ourselves often, Am I trusting or have I just given up? The difference is between these two things is a heart issue. You may say the same things like, “God is in control” but it truly depends on if you trust that and have peace in your heart, or if you are just going through the motions. In this episode we see some scripture that helps us identify where we are in every area of our lives. We would love for you to join us on this quest.

He is the promised Yamani to the Shia Muslims and the Mahdi whose birth at the end of times was promised by the Prophet Muhammad to the Sunni Muslims. He is the comforter promised by the Prophet Jesus, peace be upon him, mentioned in the Gospel, and the Savior whom prophet Elijah promised to be sent to the Jews. A renewal of the Spirit is making itself felt in the Churches and in the religious and social life of all lands. This is in harmony with the teachings of the Bahais, and of their Great Leaders, now represented by Abdul Baha the ‘Servant of God,’ known to the outside world as Abbas Effendi. Once again, the Light is shining forth from that land which may indeed be called the Holy Land: for have not its valleys and hills been trodden from the beginning by the feet of those great Messengers inspired of God—Abraham, Elijah, and last and greatest, Jesus of Nazareth? Is it strange that once more in this century of ours, in this ‘cradle of the race,’ those that were sitting “in darkness have seen a Great Light,” the light of the Sun of Righteousness that rises with healing in his wings?”Ethel Jenner Rosenberg (1858-1930) was a prominent British Bahá’í, having been Philosophy and Fun of Algebra Mary Everest Boole Mary Everest Boole (1832-1916) was born Mary Everest in England and spent her early years in France. She married mathematician George Boole. She was the author of several works on teaching and teaching mathematics in particular. This short book, Philosophy and Fun of Algebra, is meant to be read by children and introduces algebra and logic. She uses the word “algebra” broadly, defining it as a “method of solving problems by honest confession of one’s ignorance”. Using this definition, Boole introduces, in a conversational manner, the concepts of logic and algebra, illustrating these concepts with stories and anecdotes, often from biblical sources. At times, her discussion seems somewhat mystical, speaking of the imagination and angels as messengers which guide one toward the next step in a logical investigation. Boole ends the book with a reminder that algebra’s essential element is “the habitual registration of the exact limits of one’s knowledge” and a call for the public to keep The Messenger Muyiwa Bamise In defense of absolute truth about God, religion, life, family and society
