Monica spends time with her clients in sessions or intensives to help generate shifts where they feel stuck. Monica teaches the enneagram in the embodiment tradition which is a lineage based in body energetics and utilizing awareness of our enneagram pattern for personal growth and alignment. She teaches public workshops, offers corporate retreats, and has online courses. Monica was also the premier therapeutic writing contributor to Deepak Chopra’s online magazine, Chopa Global.
