This episode is a deep dive into our core company values which are Truth, Fun and Community. This is the first in a series of podcasts that we recorded while we were on tour in the US, where we were having a lot of deep discussions about the evolution of TFC, our current philosophy and approach as well as where we’re heading in the future - and so these podcasts are our attempt to distill all of that into a digestible conversation that you can tune into. We figured, what better place to start than with our core values which essentially guide everything that we do and also bind us together both as a team within our company and as a broader collective. We’ve been delving into the meaning of these values for the best part of a year since we identified them in November 2022 and have realised how deep each topic can go as well as how interrelated they all are.
