Having first established herself in the early 1980s as part of a Crown Heights Affair protege act, called Unlimited Touch, she also starred on Jeff Lorber’s hit “Step by Step” and went on to shine on hundreds of other popular artists’ recordings.  Those sessions include Madonna, Chaka Khan, Billy Ocean, Melba Moore, Freddie Jackson, D-Train, Me’lisa Morgan, Atlantic Starr, the System, George Benson, Phyllis Hyman, Stephanie Mills, Lisa Lisa, Jennifer Holloway, Regina Belle, Kashif, and her eventual and current husband, Will Downing. She also shares some stories on Chaka's relationship and shows with Prince.
