Send us a note!“Live your truth” sounds compassionate until you ask a harder question: what happens when two truths collide, or when feelings change, or when the story we tell ourselves falls apart? We continue in Isaiah 43 and put the modern idea of moral relativism under real pressure, not to score points, but to find something solid enough to carry a life.Pastor Carl walks us through God’s claims about identity and purpose: God creates, forms, and calls people by his name for his glory. We also wrestle with Israel’s place in history as a living witness to God’s faithfulness, and why the Bible treats prophecy, memory, and real events as evidence, not as spiritual decoration. Along the way we talk about spiritual blindness and deafness, revisionist history, and why Scripture refuses to let “my truth” sit on the throne.The center of gravity is God’s own declaration: “I am He… besides me there is no Savior.” That pushes us from a works mentality into faith, where trust begins small like a mustard seed and grows as God keeps proving his word. We also explore the promise that God is doing “a new thing,” calling the church out of stale comfort, and we name the quiet reality many believers feel: weariness, drifting, and the weight of sin.
