TRUTH NUGGET 28 LESSON 1 PART 1 What is the Gospel?  Oh sure anyone of us can write up the definition.  But, what did it mean to the disciples - the first ones with Jesus?  Did it mean the same thing?  Again, let's study His word in its historical and cultural context.  As we do we will try and hear as the first hearers heard and saw and understood.  Then, our understanding of the word of the Lord and the gospel will be enriched.  Our minds will see the amazing foundation this gospel has once placed back into its Jewish roots.
