Truth - Southern Vangard Radio Interview Sessions

BANG! @southernvangard #radio presents the Truth interview session! Vangardians, you can’t make up the things that happen to us - so we get a call from the homie P Watts of Raw Wattage week ago - he wanted to let us know Queens MC Truth would be in the A soon and he wanted to connect us. Lo and behold - Truth was not only in town - he was staying right up the street from Doe in Marietta! Truth came by to talk about his super dope new album “The Fight For Survival” - which features Tragedy Khadafi, Royal Flush, Ill Bill, PF Cuttin & Ill Bill to name a few. We also got into some history ish like we always do - Truth breaks down how he got in the rap game, his eventual connection with PF Cuttin’ and his invaluable co-sign from the one and only Sean Price #RIP. If that isn’t enough - Truth drops some news on us that his 3rd album is coming very soon will be entirely produced by Mr. Walt of The Beatminerz! There’s a lot more inside folks, so go ahead and support this brother by copping “The Fight For Survival” today - it’s on vinyl, too - press play and never forget it’s always that #SmithsonianGrade #TwiceAWeek #WeAreTheGard // southernvangard.com // @southernvangard on #applepodcasts #stitcherradio #soundcloud #mixcloud #youtube // #hiphop #rap #undergroundhiphop #boombap #DJ #mix #interview #podcast #ATL #WORLDWIDE #RIPCOMBATJACK Recorded live April 28, 2019 @ Dirty Blanket Studios, Marietta, GA southernvangard.com @southernvangard on #applepodcasts #soundcloud #youtube #spotifypodcast #googlepodcasts #stitcherradio #mixcloud #SmithsonianGrade #TwiceAWeek #WeAreTheGard twitter/IG: @southernvangard @jondoeatl @cappuccinomeeks
