The last West Jefferson County Community Task Force monthly Community Meeting on February 17, 2026 featured Donovan Taylor, JD on HB 377, the Utility Disconnection Protection Law and the collaborative effort to get it passed in order to protect our vulnerable neighbors during extreme weather. The companion bill in the Senate is SB 88. Donovan Taylor is a West Louisville native and graduate of Central high school. He's enthusiast of local history and culture who has led walking tours of all nine West Louisville neighborhoods.
