I am going to refer you to HR or HRW, Observing My Body, Emotions and Mind and Writing About Life Lessons Learned. Today is day 4 of week 3. In case you missed my and in the bracket I could are because you two are a part of my journey in exercising. I have given links to, in case you missed my previous or previous days life lessons that I learned, I have given links to all those days in my article.

Yesterday I could not show up to my workout station and today also I had a busy schedule in the morning after being consistent for two weeks and three days of the third week. The responsible part of me was very centered and accepting that I had to let go of working out in order to allow in capital words and complete other important activities. Now I am ready to continue with day 4 exercise after some break. I realize that the power of writing a kind note to myself in S&D, that is one of my journaling practice, start my day, S&D journal.

So what did I write? Please do week 3, day 4, HIIT High Indicity workout, H.R. Heather Robinson workout. So once again I am going to read the sentence, I realize that the power of writing a kind note to myself in S&D, please do week 3, day 4, HIIT workout pulled me to complete the workout in the evening without being pressured.

Initially it felt peculiar to work out in the evening as I was used to doing the workout in the morning. Nevertheless, I kept thanking myself for showing up with focused and inspired energy after every small break in the workout program, such as warm up, rest after the first circuit, rest after the second circuit and finally the colder. Thanking and being in the state of gratitude is one of the highest energizing emotions. That truly helped me work out in the evening to keep up my commitment even though my body was used to exercising in the morning.

Today's take away. Write a kind note to yourself clearly as to what specific action you want to take. By showing gratitude to your body and the process of exercising, you will overcome lethargy and the urge to skip exercising. You will stop making excuses about lack of time.
