The defendant and her mother say all they knew about her father was that he was an alcoholic who she only met once. They want to find out the truth. She’s suing him for a loan, stolen money, and emotional distress. The defendant denied he ever wanted to date the defendant and says he owes nothing. He’s countersuing for harassment. Plus, The plaintiff says the defendant is her cousin, and he thinks he’s a ladies’ man. She’s suing him for the balance due on a car. The defendant says the plaintiff is one of his favorite cousins, but he says she’s suing for more than he owes.
