'Trying to Repair Mother-Daughter Relationship' & 'Caught Keying a Car'

First, The plaintiff takes her mother to court. She says her mother did not raise her at all because she was in a gang and had her when she was 13. The plaintiff claims her mother broke into her house and robbed her, so she’s suing for damaged and stolen and property. The defendant admits she was not a present mother but says she is trying to repair her relationships with her children. She’s countersuing for emotional distress. Then, The plaintiff says she dated the defendant until she discovered he was cheating. She claims that after they broke up, she caught him on video keying her car, so she’s suing him. The defendant says his ex snooped and falsely accused him of cheating. He says she is the cheater and blames her for bringing out “the devil” in him.
