from Mission Unstoppable · host Mission Unstoppable

What if one sound -- one simple focused sound that any of us could make with our voice -- could alter a moment or change the molecular structure of a cell? Please join me, The Unstoppable Frankie Picasso this week when I am joined by my guest Tryshe Dhevney, a woman with an incredible tale of self discovery and remarkable healing. Ten years ago, doctors told Tryshe that she would most likely die within a month from the hepatitis C and cirrhosis of the liver that they no longer could treat. Tryshe, an actor by training, found her voice and started using it more as solace, but then as her health improved, as a means of healing. Indeed, sound saved her. Today, ten years after leaving mystified doctors in her wake, Tryshe is teaching others how to use sound to heal from physical, emotional and spiritual diseases and imbalances, something she now calls SOUNDShifting. In her SOUNDShifting workshops and seminars, people learn to use their voice to create “sound” health, to recognize what their voice is saying about them, to return their body and mind to their natural rhythm and frequency.

Wounded Warriors of the Cross Gary Pastoral and clergy mental health is a mostly ignored area, especially by those who live their lives as pastors in the clergy. The stigma of mental health within those who serve in the shadow of the cross is something that invokes the stigma of fear. Many of those in the clergy will choose to suffer in their despair rather than reaching out for help. Sometimes those suffering choose to wait until it's too late to get the real help that they need. At Wounded Warriors of the Cross our mission is to lift the stigma and the veil of silence that encompasses clergy mental health and assist those who suffer in silence. Wounded Warriors of the Cross is here to shed the light of Christ's love into those dark places.
