The site visit is a critical point in a transition diligence - its important for a buyer to know what the goals are and impress the seller...but its equally important for a seller to understand what their role is and what should and shouldn't be on the agenda! We talk about how your site visit may differ if you have lots of candidates or depending on where your practice is located.
