Dr. Michelle Casarella is here today and condenses all of that information into our show so that you don’t have to spend as much time as I did looking for materials and standards. She’s been doing law enforcement evaluations for years and shares all of her knowledge with us. What’s a typical battery for a pre-employment evaluation? Which traits should potential police officer candidates NOT possess? Is Michelle a “dog person” or a “cat person”?
