At that time, he was a newly hired professor, and I still had little to no idea of what I wanted to do with my career. I’m so fortunate to circle back with Bryan today for a wide-ranging conversation about vocational assessment, his research on calling, and taking his assessment knowledge to the corporate level. Here are a few things we cover: His five-session model for vocational assessment & feedbackWhat is “calling” in your work? How do we integrate neuropsych testing with vocational assessment? His journey of coming up with an idea, finding investors, and scaling vocational assessment to a national business Cool Things Mentioned in This Episode California Psychological InventoryStrong Interest InventoryO*NETAblity ProfilerJobzologyBryan’s booksMake Your Job a Calling…(affiliate link)Purpose and Meaning in the Workplace (affiliate link) Psychology of Religion and Workplace Spirituality (affiliate link) The Testing Psychologist podcast is now approved for CEU’s!I’m excited to announce that I’ve partnered with At Health to offer CE credits for podcast episodes!
